2012년 5월, 우간다와 케냐집회의 선교간증문입니다.
(이 간증문은 크리스 김 형제가 미주주님의교회에서 5월 27일 주일 간증한 내용입니다.)

하나님의 은혜와 여러분들의 기도로 아프리카 우간다와 케냐 사역을 약 20일간 무사히 잘 마치고 돌아왔습니다. 하나님께 감사 드리고 그분께 모든 영광을 올려 드립니다.

By the grace of God and with your prayers I came back safely after about 20 days of ministry in Uganda and Kenya. I thank God and I give all the glory to him.

 

미국에서 터키를 지나 케냐까지 약 23시간 비행이라는 오랜 여행 시간이었지만 저의 마음은 떨리는 기대감과 흥분으로 가득 차서 시간이 가는지도 몰랐습니다.

It was about 23 hours of long flight journey from the States to Turkey and to Kenya, but I was just filled with trembling excitement and enjoyment so that I’ve just lost track of time.

 

우간다와 케냐에서의 사역을 통하여 하나님의 강하고 선하신 역사하심과 얼마나 하나님께서 아프리카를 사랑하시는지를 경험할 수 있었습니다.

Through the ministry in Uganda and Kenya, I could really experience God’s mighty and wonderful work and his love toward Africa.

 

우간다에서는 수도인 캄팔라 에서 약 2시간 정도 떨어진 모코노 라는 지역에서 첫 집회를 가지게 되었고 그 지역의 레바론 교회의 담임 목사님이신 르완다사 목사님과 함께 정말 쉴세없는 여러 번의 집회와 부흥회를 가졌습니다.

We had our first conference in Mocono, Uganda which is about 2 hours away from the capital city Kampala. We really had our conferences and crusades restlessly with Pastor Lewandasa who led a church named Lebanon Church in that region.

 

르완다사 목사님께서는 그 지역에서 굉장히 영향력이 있으시고 열정적이신 목사님이셨고 그분께서 담임하시는 성도수가 약 2000명 이였습니다.

Pastor Lewandasa was a very influential and a passionate pastor who had a congregation number of about 2000 people.

 

모코노에 방문해서는 한국 주님의 교회에서 세운 카니콰 지역의 고아원과 기도원을 방문 할 수 있었고 그곳에서도 여러 번의 집회를 가질 수 있었습니다.

In Mocono, we visited an orphanage and a prayer mountain which were founded by the Lord’s church of Korea. They are located in the land of Kanikwa and we had a chance to have revival meetings in those places as well.

 

고아원에선 소를 통째로 한 마리 잡아 약 500명이 되는 어린아이들과 주민들에게 고기를 공급할 수 있었고 몇 달치 먹을 수 있는 콩과 옥수수 등도 공급하여 주었습니다.

In the orphanage, we were able to feed and provide meats to about 500 children including the village people by butchering a whole cow and also provide them with bags of beans and corns so that they can eat them for more than several months.

 

그곳에 있는 아이들은 평생 단 한번도 고기를 먹어 본적이 없는 아이들 이였으며 쌀도 1년에 한번씩만 맛을 보는 어려운 형편의 아이들 이였습니다.

The children in that region were going through a severe poverty and a great hardship and they had never eaten any meat before. They were living in a condition where they would get a chance to eat rice only once a year.

 

우리는 한국에서 가지고 온 많은 사탕과 과자를 나누어 주었는데 아이들은 그것을 얻기 위해서 마치 전쟁을 치르는 듯한 모습이었습니다.

We distributed some candies and cookies that we brought from South Korea and to obtain those things, children looked as if they were battling and fighting in a war.

 

또한 기도원에 새워질 오피스 건물과 고아 아이들이 사용할 학용품과 칠판, 책상, 그리고 의자 등을 제공할 금액도 전달하는 특별한 전달식을 가지기도 했습니다.

Also, we had a special ceremony which involved offering some funds to the orphanage so that there could be an office for teachers as well as some blackboards, desks, chairs, pencils and books for the orphans there.

 

우간다의 신문사와 방송국에서도 방문 해 주셨고 김용두 목사님께서는 인터뷰에 응해 주셨습니다.

People from Newspaper Company and broadcasting company of Uganda visited us and Pastor Kim participated in their interviews.

 

그 지역에 있는 많은 교인들은 무척 더운 날씨에도 불구하고 아주 열정적으로 하나님을 찬양했으며 그들이 찬양과 기도를 드릴 때에는 모두 자리에서 일어나 힘껏 춤을 추며 옷이 다 젖을 만큼 기도 하는 아주 뜨거운 모습들 이었습니다.

Even though the weather was very hot, many Christians in that region praised the Lord very passionately and when they worship and pray, everyone stood up from their seats, they were all dancing and praying fervently until they were all drenched in sweat.

 

우간다에는 약 4개의 고아원이 세워져 있었으며 두 개는 미국인에 의해 하나는 영국인에 의해 세워져 있었으며 그리고 한국인으로서는 처음으로 주님의 교회에서 세운 고아원이 있었습니다.

In Uganda, there were total 4 orphanages. Two were established by Americans and one was established by English. As for Koreans, the orphanage in Kanikwa was the very first one that founded by saints in the Lord’s church of Korea.

 

특별히 그곳에는 그 지역의 시장님과 우간다의 여러 지역을 대표하시는 목사님들 그리고 우간다 대통령이 직접 보낸 대리인께서도 참석해 주셨고 그분께 내년엔 ㄷㅌㄹ이 고아원에 더 많은 관심을 표명하실 것이라는 약속도 받아 냈습니다.

In the conference, the mayor in that region and Pastors representing churches of Uganda attended the service. Especially a representative from the house of Uganda attended the conference on behalf of President of Uganda. And we were promised by him that President will concern more to the orphanage next year.

 

주님의 은혜로 우간다에서의 7일에 걸친 집회를 무사히 마치고 다음 장소인 케냐로 우리는 비행기를 타고 이동 했습니다.

By the grace of the Lord, we had finished the 7days conference lovely in Uganda, and we flew to the next conference location, Kenya.

 

케냐에서는 수도인 나이로비에서 약 4-5시간 떨어진 엠부 라는 지역에서 세인트 피터 교회를 담임하고 계신 케냐인 잭슨 목사님을 만날 수 있었습니다. 그분께서는 굉장히 겸손하시고 학식이 높으신 분이셨고 영어와 한국어 일본어 히브리어 그리고 사인 렝귀지등 언어에 탁월한 재능을 가지신 대학교 교수님 이셨습니다.

In Kenya, we met a Pastor named Jackson from Saint Peter’s church, which is located in Embu. Embu is about 4-5 hours from the capital city Nirobi. Pastor Jackson was a very humble man of God. He was an elite who was a college professor with a great talent in many different languages such as English, Korean, Japanese, Hebrew, and even in sign language.

 

김용두 목사님께서 특히 잭슨 목사님을 많이 놀리셨는데 ‘입술과 검은 피부가 매혹적이다’ ‘배에 쌍둥이가 들었냐? 하시면서 많이 놀리셨지만 잭슨 목사님께서는 항상 웃으시는 모습이셨습니다.

Pastor Yong Doo Kim always made fun of Pastor Jackson by saying “your lips and dark skins are very sexy” and “you must have twins in your stomach” since he has a big belly, but Pastor Jackson did not lose his smile.

 

케냐에서는 잭슨 목사님께서 설립하신 크리스천 중고등학교를 방문 할 수 있었고 김목사님의 미래와 꿈과 비전에 대한 강력한 메시지에 많은 어린 학생들이 감동을 받는 모습을 볼 수 있었습니다.

We visited a Christian middle/high school which was founded by Pastor Jackson. We could see children in that school were very much touched and moved by Pastor Kim’s powerful message about their future, dream and vision.

 

목사님의 말씀이 끝이 난 후 몇몇 어린 여학생들이 찾아와 기도를 받기 원했고 그들은 성령의 불 세례를 받고 난 후 뒤로 쓰러지며 귀신들이 쫓겨 나기는 경험을 하기도 했습니다.

After his message, a couple of students visited Pastor Kim and wanted to receive a prayer. They were all baptized with the holy fire, fell backward and experienced demons being cast out from them.

 

다음날에는 잭슨 목사님의 본 교회에서 집회를 가졌고 너무나 비가 많이 내려서 많은 사람들이 참석하지는 못했지만 그곳에서도 하나님의 역사와 능력은 계속 이어졌습니다.

The next day we had a revival meeting at Pastor Jackson’s church, the Saint Peter’s church. Even though not a lot of people could attend due to the heavy rain, we could continue to experience God’s powerful work.

 

성령의 불을 받는 시간에 많은 사람들이 두려워하는 모습이었지만 어떤 한 어린 여자 아이가 용감히 앞으로 걸어 나왔고 그 아이는 자신의 믿음에 따라 첫날부터 성령 춤을 받았고 둘째 날에는 영안이 열어지며 상상 할 수 없이 밝은 주님의 빛을 보는 역사가 있었습니다.

During the Holy fire impartation time, many people looked afraid; however a little girl came up front boldly with her faith to receive the fire. The first day she received the holy dance and the second day her spiritual eyes were opened and saw the lord’s unimaginably bright light.

 

강현자 사모님께서는 그 여자아이가 잘 양육이 되고 지금부터 공부도 기도도 열심히 하면 세계적인 종이 될 것이라며 많은 격려를 해주셨고 한국에 방문 할 수 있도록 후원해 주시겠다고도 말씀하셨습니다.

Mrs. Kang encouraged the girl by saying she could be a world famous God’s servant if she is raised and educated well and pray hard from now on. Mrs. Kang also said she would support her to come to Korea.

 

다음장소에서는 케냐 나이로비에서 약 1시간 떨어진 파이프 라인이라는 장소에서 집회를 가졌는데 그곳은 마치 쓰레기 장을 방불케 하는 아주 더럽고 낙후한 지역이였습니다.

Next place for a conference was called PipeLine which was located about an hour from Nirobi Kenya. The place was very dirty and it looked and felt as if we were in some kind of a trash yard.

 

그런 환경 속에서도 불구하고 그곳의 어린아이들은 정말로 미국이나 한국에서 볼 수 없는 깨끗하고 맑은 미소를 가지고 있었고 항상 웃는 얼굴의 모습으로 우리들을 따라다녔습니다.

In spite of all the conditions and the atmosphere surrounding them, the children had really beautiful and big smiles that we’ve never seen in Korea or in America. They were all smiling and following us with happy faces.

 

그곳에서도 역시 하나님의 살아계신 능력을 체험하기 위해 남아공, 나이지리아, 보스니아 또한 여러 아프리카의 지역에서 많은 목회자님들과 성도님 들이 방문해 주셨습니다.

Also in that place, many Pastors and saints from all of Africa visited, especially Pastors from South Africa, Nigiria and Bosnia attended the service to experience living God’s power.

 

특별히 그 교회를 담임하시는 리차드 와타투아 목사님께서 계셨는데 그분께서는 50일 동안 금식 기도를 마치셨고 김영두 목사님의 집회를 위해 약 25일 정도의 철야기도회를 가졌다고 말씀하셨습니다.

Especially the Pastor who was in charge of the church there, his name was Richard Watatua. He said he had just finished his 50 days fasting and only for the Pastor Kim’s revival meeting, he had been having 25 consecutive night prayer meetings.

 

그분은 32세로 아주 젊은 분이 셨지만 하나님의 사랑과 성령이 아주 충만하신 인상적인 분이 셨습니다.

Pastor Watatua was 32 years old, who was a very young in age, but very impressive man who were filled with love of God and the Holy sprits.

 

그런 분에게 하나님은 역사하시기 시작하셨고 집회 첫날부터 그분이 김용두 목사님을 통하여 성령의 불 세례를 받은 뒤 바로 그 자리에서 천국과 예수님에게 만나는 아주 귀한 경험을 하셨습니다.

God really started to work on him from the very first day. With Pastor Kim’ impartation of the Holy fire, He preciously experienced Heaven and had an encounter with Jesus right on the spot.

For that part, I would like to share a video clip with you.

 

그 후에 그 자리에서 많은 예언이 터져 나왔으며 예언의 말씀을 통하여 주님께서는 김 목사님께 세계를 맡기셨고 믿으시는 주님의 종이 라고 말씀하셨으며 가난한 자들에게 복음을 전하시는 김목사님을 많이 사랑하신다고 말씀하셨습니다.

After that, lots of prophecies came burst open and through the prophecy, Pastor Kim was told that the Lord entrusted him worldwide and God loves him so much because the pastor is spreading the Gospel to the poor.

 

또한 예언의 말씀을 통해 주님께서는 이 시대가 휴거를 경험할 것이라고 말씀해 주셨습니다.

Also through the prophecy, the Lord clearly told us that this is the time to experience the Rapture.

 

그 집회에서 정말 많은 영혼들이 살아계신 하나님의 사랑과 능력을 체험하고 성령 춤을 받으며 마지막 날의 예언의 말씀을 듣는 등 아주 축제와 같은 분위기 속에서 집회는 성공적으로 잘 마무리가 되었습니다.

The conference ended successfully as if it was a big feast. Many souls really experienced the living God’s love and the power; many received the Holy Dance, the Holy Fire, and Listened to the prophecy of the last days.

 

우간다와 케냐의 집회를 통해 정말 하나님의 살아계심과 김용두 목사님을 통해 세계로 복음을 전파시키시는 주님의 역사 그리고 하나님의 아프리카에 대한 사랑을 눈으로 그리고 피부로 직접 경험할 수 있는 아주 소중하고 귀중한 시간이었습니다.

Through the conferences in Uganda and Kenya, I could really experience our living God who loves Africa and his mighty and wonderful works in Africa. He is using Pastor Yong Doo Kim to evangelize and spread the Gospel to the whole nations and it was just a tremendous privilege for me to be there and it was such a precious time for me. 

 

지금 이순간 조차도 쉬지 않으시고 죽어 가는 영혼들을 향에 눈물 흘리시며 기도하시고 일하시는 우리 하나님 아버지를 영원히 찬양 합니다. 할렐루야 아멘!

 I praise our father God forever who does not rests even right now but is working, praying and crying for those dying souls. Hallelujah Amen!
